Pack installation progress not starting when installer is started by double click in Windows 10

Description

Hi,
During "pack" installation phase, the progress is not starting when installer is started by double click in Windows 10.
I've attached how the progress is showing..actually is stuck.

Important NOTE:
What i' ve noticed is that if i start the executable jar by command line everything works fine.

Story:
I have migrated izPack 4 to 5 after changed the xml files to be compatible.
If i start the previous executable jar (made with izpack4) it works fine:
==> both java -jar <name_of_the_executable_kit.jar> or double click in Windows 10.

Other notes:
1)I've created the installer using privileged mode for windows, but still when i double click the resulted kit it will be stuck after choosing packs.

Questions:
1)Is there any change to debug the kit when i launch it by double click and NOT by command line with java -jar (which is working fine) ?

Environment

OS: Windows 10

Can confirm the same behaviour.
The installer works fine when I build it with Java 8, but with Java 10 it doesn't start at all, just like the attached screenshot.

Which version of IzPack has your installer you mention here been build upon. Already on 5.1.3? See the installer jar's manifest.
