RegistrySpec rootFallback

Description

Sometimes you want to fallback from HKLM to HKCU when writing to the registry.
For example when the user has no rights on HKLM.
The patch we are working on implements such rootFallback attribute.

Would you mind to explain your intentions a bit more in particular, please, best with a short example? The fallback should be chosen in case of an error accessing the "main" root? I'm still in doubt with the relevancy of this use case.
Please make this more clear to the community, also with the background of documenting this later in Confluence. So this information won't be lost just in this issue. Thanks a lot.

UPDATE: The intention from the code is clear: "First try HKLM, if it fails try HKCU". Could be practical. I'll merge this, but can you please document it at the according place in Confluence:
