As per the current behavior of the installer when installer is starts it will generate an .temp file in the temp folder and delete that file when the installation is finished or quit.
On the bases of this .temp file checkHelloPanel works and give the notification that one instance is already running.
Issue is that when the installer is starts and .temp file is created in the temp folder and at any situation system gets shut down than that .temp file will remain in the temp folder and when that user runs the installer again it will give the 'instance is already running' notification until someone delete the temp file.
So do we have work around for this scenario ? So any how at the time of the shutting down the system windows give the installer running notification.
