Interactive Installations Providing a Swing GUI

This is the default installer mode, when no command line parameters are given and there is a GUI available that Java AWT/Swing can attach to.

This will used by most users on Windows, MacOSX and Linux with an running X Server.

Example of launching the installer in Swing mode:

java -jar installer.jar
